eXpress is a corporate communications and mobility platform that combines video conferencing, corporate messenger, email client and Smart Apps to access corporate systems and company services.
Messenger
eXpress features necessary messenger functions: personal and group chats and channels, exchange of text messages and files of any formats, audio calls, threads (threads for discussing specific tasks and messages). With tags, you can quickly find the information or person you need. Tags may be assigned to contacts, chats, and specific messages.
Videoconferencing
The platform offers videoconferencing for up to 128 participants with cameras and microphones enabled, allowing online meetings for multiple work groups and departments. Conferences are securely protected by a crypto container, which makes it possible to comply with regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of data security.
Smart Apps
Smart Apps are enterprise mini-applications within the eXpress application that integrate with existing enterprise systems. In particular, special-purpose bots and applications are available within eXpress to integrate with electronic document management systems, personnel and financial systems, IT monitoring mechanisms, etc.
Security
The eXpress interface is similar to popular instant messengers, which allows to start using it without additional knowledge. However, unlike public solutions, the platform provides information security at the enterprise level. Owing to the deployment of eXpress in the customer’s IT infrastructure and on its servers (on-premises), data is controlled and managed.
Security of communications and confidentiality of transmitted data are established by several key platform features:
- Cryptocontainer
- Two-layer end-to-end encryption
- On-demand GOST encryption
- Encrypted data storage on servers
- Correspondence with a limited message storage time: they are deleted either after a set period or immediately after being read
- Destruction of corporate information from the eXpress application installed on the user’s smartphone, for example, when an employee is dismissed.
