Products to Monitor Voice and SMS Traffic:
The product line is designed for real-time monitoring of a telecom operator’s network perimeter or national network. Antifraud solutions, traffic verification solutions, and B2B solutions are built based on the products.
HexRT
A Voice Firewall solution and real-time antifraud. The solution is a real-time platform to monitoring the voice perimeter of a telecom operator’s network and/or national network; processes up to 100% of inbound and outbound interconnect traffic attempts in real time subject to specified rules; features rules, intelligent analytics with the ability to block various types of fraud.
Based on this platform, special-purpose solutions are implemented:
— Solutions to controlling spoofing, including that from national subscribers from international networks;
— Control of illegal bypass termination, simbox;
— Protection against PRS/IRSF, wangiri, and other types of fraud;
— Protection from flashcalls;
— Support for test “dialing” for a real subscriber base, the “dialing” standard of most of the largest operators in the Russian Federation;
— Other solutions, including custom solutions ordered by a telecom operator or regulator.
Call Verification
Hexagon’s in-house solution designed for end-to-end out-of-band A number verification; is de facto industry standard for A number verification between the largest telecom operators of the Russian Federation. In particular cases, the solution is a national traffic verification system with national mobile numbering coming from international destinations.
At present, a national call verification system in the Russian Federation is being built based on the solution.
Voice DDoS Protection
A Voice Firewall solution is designed to protect subscribers from attacks on voice services such as Denial-of-service attack. The solution automatically generates white lists of numbers for VIP subscribers and, when an attack is detected, enables permissive traffic skipping mode.
Banking Fraud Protection
A B2B operator solution for banks and financial institutions. The solution is used by banks to protect their customers from fraudulent activities by third parties; features an expanded set of checks, when suspicious actions are detected, and notifies banks of suspicious actions by the customer.
Flashcalls Protection
A solution to blocking Flashcalls and protecting A2P traffic from cannibalization.
Analytical Antifraud Solution
A universal analytical antifraud solution that allows accepting, normalizing, and aggregating a significant number of telecom operator data sources for subsequent analysis based on heuristics, rules, and correlations.
Based on the solution, a financial antifraud option is also available, designed to control fraudulent activities and withdraw funds through mobile subscriber accounts.
Traffic Management Solutions
Voice Traffic Optimal Routing
A solution to optimizing voice traffic routing; features modules to online routing, as well as routing through routing table management for TDM switches.
It can be used in optimization of the international traffic routing and in intracitry and regional networks; supports routing based on A numbering.
Optionally, the solution may feature a price list management module (for reception and for sale) with consideration of contractual relationship parameters (quotas, confirmations, etc.).
Interconnect Billing
A solution to implementing inter-operator billing. Most commonly, the solution is delivered along with routing solutions.
Optimal SMS Routing
A solution for SMS traffic optimal routing. Optionally, the solution may feature a price list management module (for reception and for sale) with consideration of contractual relationship parameters (quotas, commitments, etc.).
Traffic monitoring and Analysis Solution
The hexTraffic solution is designed for analyzing traffic information (EDR, CDR), with the ability to build queries, create reports (including automatic ones), data cubes, etc.
Most commonly, this solution is used along with other products as part of reporting system.
